1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any related policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the App and remove it from your device.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means all features, content, and functionality offered through the App.
- "User Content" means any data, text, media, or materials you upload or create through the App.
- "Virtual Items" means in-app currency, credits, tokens, or digital goods without monetary value outside the App.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining device security, software updates, and access controls needed to protect your account and data.
4. License Grant and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
This license does not grant ownership of the App or any underlying intellectual property.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm the App, its users, or its infrastructure. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting source code.
- Bypassing security features, access limits, or usage controls.
- Uploading malware, scripts, or content designed to disrupt operations.
- Automating abusive requests, scraping protected data, or performing denial-of-service behavior.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliation.
6. User Content and Conduct Standards
You retain ownership of lawful User Content you submit. However, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely for providing and improving the Service.
You must ensure your User Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws, including rules on intellectual property, privacy, and illegal material.
7. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
The App may include Virtual Items and in-app purchases. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and are only valid within the App environment.
- Virtual Items are non-transferable and have no real-world cash value.
- Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
- Availability, pricing, or redemption logic may change as part of service updates.
8. Service Availability and Maintenance
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product evolution. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of all features.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, UI design, branding, trademarks, graphics, and content in the App are owned by or licensed to the App operator and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as explicitly permitted in this Agreement, no rights are granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, fully compatible with all devices, or free from defects at all times.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from your use of the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the App operator and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the App, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that your behavior violates this Agreement, harms other users, or creates legal or security risks.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) remain effective.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this User Agreement from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Updated terms become effective upon publication in the App or associated channels. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
